The boats go around 5-6 mph, so they're not super fast, especially in a small pool. They work great and the controls are easy to use. Battery life is good, but this is more suited for kids 5-10 years old, not teens.
The boats were great, but both remotes stopped working after a few days. They only got splashed with water, so I’m not sure why they stopped. Wish the remotes were more water-resistant. Otherwise,
